Unfurl your mat outdoors on the spacious rooftop deck of the Energy Club in Shirlington (Arlington, VA) for a fun and festive all-levels yoga flow honoring the spirit and cultural contributions of Mexico. DJ Thunder Bunny will masterfully lay out the soundtrack to inspire our mindful movement experience, to include a variety of Mexican artists, from Mariachi to pop, and everything in between.
Stick around after class for a margarita (loaded or virgin) and feel free to BYOB to get in the celebratory spirit. We will follow all COVID-19 safety protocols for this event, including wearing masks to check in and maintaining six feet of distance between mats, except in the case of practicing next to people on your quaranteam.
