Educators are some of the hardest working people. I know, because I worked for Arlington Public Schools (APS) for over 20 years, and I was surrounded by dedicated, passionate women and men who worked tirelessly to provide the best educational experience for our youth each day. While they are catering to the social-emotional needs of the students, what are they doing to take care of their own needs? I offer weekly Yoga for Educators classes and occasional Mindfulness for Educators workshops to share physical, mental, and energetic strategies for creating awareness and resilience in and out of the classroom.
