YOGA, MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION
Enjoy yoga classes and mindfulness exercises in various beautiful locations on our destination islands. These movement sessions will nourish your body before or after exploring the local landscape and will offer mental and heartful space to digest all that you experience.

RELAXATION
While there is a lot to do and see on this magical Vacation Retreat, there will also be plenty of time to pick-your-own adventure or choose to rest by the coast and connect with the splendor of the scenery.
ACCOMMODATIONS
We will be staying in well-appointed four-star hotels in all of our Island destinations. Each hotel will offer upscale comfort and plentiful amenities to suit your traveling needs. All standard rooms are double occupancy, but there is also a single occupancy rate offered. For double occupancy rooms, it is highly suggested that you travel with someone you know to ensure compatibility in your room. If you are traveling alone, you will be matched with another traveler. We will do our best to make it a good fit. If you are interested in triple occupancy rates (when available—triple occupancy only for three travelers who sign up together), please reach out to our travel hosts at MVP International.
GENERAL ITINERARY

Day 1 - Travel Day
Day 2 - Arrive in Athens, Greece, greet tour group and guide, e-bike tour of the city, evening yin yoga session
Day 3 - Breakfast in hotel, short flight to island of Paros, free time to explore and welcome dinner in Naousa
Day 4 - Breakfast in hotel, morning yoga on the beach, water taxi to Kolymbithres Beach, afternoon tour of Venetian Castle and tasting at Moraitis Winery, group dinner
Day 5 - Breakfast in hotel, morning yoga, catamaran cruise with lunch, optional bus trip to Lefkes or free time at beach resort
Day 6 - Breakfast in hotel, ferry to Heraklion, Crete Island, bus to Lyttos Beach, yoga on the beach, free evening to enjoy nightlift
Day 7 - Breakfast in hotel, morning yoga, free day in Lyttos (we can help you book excursions!)
Day 8 - Breakfast in hotel, bus to Chania, yoga session near hotel, group dinner
Day 9 - Breakfast in hotel, optional excursions (monasteries, hiking, Kalathos Beach, or Stavros Beach), free time to explore Lemani, winery tour and tasting (possible winery yoga!)
Day 10 - Breakfast in hotel, morning yoga, power boat cruise to Balos & Fallassama Beach and Gramvousa Island, farewell dinner
Day 11 - Breakfast in hotel, bus to airport in Crete to fly back to US
REGISTRATION DETAILS
This tour is carefully and professional curated by MVP International, specializing in group travel that includes sports, culture, and memories. They will be handling all registrations.
The cost of this vacation retreat is as follows:
DOUBLE OCCUPANCY: Earlybird rate of $4795.00/pp if registered by 12/15/2024; After 12/15/2024, $5095.00/pp
SINGLE OCCUPANCY: Earlybird rate COMING SOON
TRIPLE OCCUPANCY: Ask MVP Tour Operator about availability and pricing. This is only an option when a group of three registers together.
A nonrefundable deposit of $500 is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot and lock in early bird pricing. The retreat costs include the following:
Private transfers to/from the airports in Greece (as long as you are on a flight that arrives around the same time)
9 nights total of four-star hotel accommodations in the destination cities
Daily yoga or mindfulness/meditation sessions in beautiful locations
Daily breakfast at the hotel and several other meals (lunch or dinner), per the itinerary
EYD/MVP swag bag
All excursions, adventures, and tours listed in the itinerary
Private bus transportation throughout the trip
Local, expert tour guide just for our group

Gratuities for private driver and group tour manager
Not included in reservation fee:
Airfare (details forthcoming on group flight out of DC area; you’ll fly into Athens, Greece and out of Crete, Greece)

Payment plans are available. All payment details and waivers are within the traveler portal. When you log in, you will create an account with your email and a password. The portal houses all of the information about the trip from now through our arrival in Greece. Once we arrive, we communicate via group WhatsApp messaging.
