Yummy Yin for Ten

Gather your props and roll out your mat in your private space for this calming and meditative Yin Yoga experience that will prepare your mind and body for a lovely night's rest and the week ahead. Yin Yoga is a floor practice of holding shapes for time (3-5 minutes in this experience) in order to engage the deep connective tissues of the body, relax the nervous system, and stimulate self-nurturing and stress-release.
