Put on your jammies and roll out your mat in the comfort and safety of your home for a 75 min online Yin Yoga experience that will help prepare your mind and body for a lovely night's rest. Yin Yoga is a floor practice of holding shapes for time (3-5 minutes in this session) in order to engage the deep connective tissues of the body, relax the nervous system, and stimulate self-nurturing and stress-release.
